What is your return policy for live plants?
We offer a 30-day 'Green Thumb' guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or dies within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it free of charge.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We only ship Monday through Wednesday to prevent plants from sitting in transit facilities over the weekend.
Do you provide care instructions for each plant?
Yes, every order includes a digital care guide and a physical care card specific to your plant species, covering light, water, and humidity needs.
